Like when did this happen? πŸ˜… I actually have three small humans who I look after and are responsible for 🀭 They're my biggest teachers, helping me strive to be better, often unveiling the unhealed wounds within myself that trigger me to dive deeper within my own self healing journey of self love and self awareness. They teach me to be more present in the moment. To LOVE big and unconditionally, especially in those more testing moments. To know where my boundaries are and when I'm feeling tipped over the edge. To inject more joy, fun and curiosity in my life often in the name of silliness and laughing at the most trivial of things. Life can feel overwhelming with all that comes with raising a family at times but more beautiful than that, is that I feel an overwhelming feeling of love, of gratitude and hope, when I let it all sink in. They are their own people, who have their own soul's mission on this earth and I pray that I do the best job I can to help support and guide them on that until the day comes when they feel free to fly the nest and conquer the world 🌎 ❀️ Sending love and celebrating all the women in the world who help mother this earth and all the soul's who live here (in all the ways that you do). πŸ™ You are so needed, valued and greatly appreciated ❀️❀️❀️ With special love to my beautiful mama and nana to my boys too, @cheryl_gradwell we love you so much and so grateful for you πŸ₯°β€οΈ
Hard to put into words the energy that I am feelin Hard to put into words the energy that I am feeling from using dōTERRA Essential Oils and how they've been having such an incredible impact on mine and my family's lives, health and wellbeing. I chose to prioritise this moment today and had a I chose to prioritise this moment today and had a little nap with my youngest and it was bliss. The house was a crazy mess still when I woke up but there will always be jobs to do, always more washing, cleaning and tidying. It's only when I look at my older boys that I realise just how precious these moments are. How they also used to love being near me, on me and with me all the time but little by little it became less and less without me actually noticing. A little reminder to myself to soak up these precious moments because in 2 years time I know I'll miss them so much πŸ₯Ήβ€οΈ
