One of the most powerful techniques I use to do just this is EFT Tapping, it helps me to release that old stagnant energy, aka the thoughts and feelings that aren't really aligned with my true Self and creates space for me to imprint into my nervous system the truth of who I am, what I'm capable of and who I know myself to truly be. What I also love about EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is that it doesn't bypass how you feel in this moment. In fact, it's the opposite. It's so important to delve into those thoughts and feelings that are holding you back because that's the gateway into true healing, true transformation, and living a life that is aligned with your truth. Gotta feel your way through it or in this case feel AND TAP your way through it until the energy feels safe enough and ready to be released from the body. Dance has transformed my life 🐛🦋 in SO many Dance has transformed my life 🐛🦋 in SO many ways 🥰💃🏻❤️🫶🏼✨️ It brings me deep joy, connection, healing, fun, solace, freedom, transformation, liberation and complete elation, this feeling of being so at one with myself, with God, with this present moment ✨️❤️🤗 It was such a gift to be able to celebrate my 36th lap around the sun on Friday, dancing with some of my favourite ladies and having the best time of my life 🥳🙏🏼💃🏻 Dancing barefoot is totally my jam, especially when there are drums involved too, I love a good stomp and feeling the beat of drum run through my whole body 🤩 I'm so grateful that this medicine is becoming so much more accessible now without the need of alcohol or heels and instead the best high vibes, fun, freedom and connection ✨️ THIS Friday come and join me for more of this kind of vibe as I guide us on an Ecstatic dance journey at @chakrawellbeingstudio 💃🏻❤️ You'll thank yourself later 😘🤗 {details via link in profile}
What would love have me do? A few thoughts & mus What would love have me do? A few thoughts & musings. How can we lean more into love even through the most testing situations? Without attachment. As simple as this seems, it's not always easy to love unconditionally when we may have been brought up to believe that love is conditional based on our actions, who we are, what we achieve, etc. To love is the most powerful thing we can do... it conquers all, just as light pierces darkness. Choose love & be love 🫶🏼 ❤️❤️❤️
