Heels- River Island Coat- Zara Dress- M&S
This was my attire for our evening meal at Rookery Hall on our mini spa break. Although I’ve finally started to feel great in my pregnancy it doesn’t go amiss that I’m growing by the day in every way and direction a woman’s body can possibly grow during these 9 months. I’m really trying to embrace my more pronounced curves, but to do this, it means I need to find clothes that really allow me to do this (not too many just a few staple pieces).
With this in mind, as I was wandering though M&S this dress caught my eye, with the style of it being perfect for my growing bump and I. Although it’s not ‘officially’ maternity wear you can get away with it as it’s a shift dress that’s long and flowing. I can’t describe it better than M&S themselves; ‘evocative of a confident elegance without being overly feminine, this shift dress is an instant classic’. Isn’t this what we women aim for? The classic style of the dress is perfect for so many occasions whether you want to dress it up or down. I particularly love the way M&S have styled it in the pics below (I think I may need to invest in a pair of those sandals too hehe ;)).
What are your thoughts on the dress?
Thanks for reading!
